DDO Market Update 

Greetings! Changes are coming to the DDO Market soon, and we’re debuting them as part of the prepurchase for Fables of the Feywild. 

Visit https://store-new.standingstonegames.com/ddo/expansions to pre-purchase the Expansion using the updated DDO Market. 

Release Notes: 

  • When you select an edition of Fables of the Feywild, you will log in to the page using your game account credentials to complete your purchase. After completing your purchase, it will be automatically applied to your game account. You no longer need to redeem a code to receive Fables of the Feywild. 

  • If you were logged into the game at the time you made your purchase, you may need to log out and back in to receive your items & content access. 

  • If you have more than one game account associated with your login, you’ll be able to select which specific game account you want it applied to 

  • Your email receipt won’t be necessary to receive your purchase, though an email confirmation will still be sent to you for your records.  

  • At this time older expansions and offers in the DDO Market will continue to require you to redeem a code that is emailed to you after your purchase. They are still available at the old DDO Market URL. 

  • Any “once per account” benefits will be bestowed to the first character on the first server that you log into after your purchase successfully completes.  

  • If you were logged into the game at the time you made your purchase, you may need to log out and back in to receive your items & content access. 

  • Please note that purchases made in this store will automatically apply the content to your account. Be sure to double check that you have logged into the correct account and selected the correct information before completing your purchase, as we may not be able to assist with refunds for applied content.

Known Issues: 

  • It is possible to edit and add payment methods using the UI of the DDO Market, but the remove payment method option in the UI is temporarily not working. This will be fixed in an upcoming patch. If you need assistance removing a payment method in the meantime, please contact our Customer Service department at help.standingstonegames.com  

  • It is not currently possible to gift a purchase to other players. This is functionality we intend to bring to the new DDO Market in the future. 

We are looking forward to bringing more features to the updated DDO Market in the future after this initial release of the Feywild expansion presale, and will announce those improvements as soon as they’re ready!
